Purchases are made on the Mukini.com website by purchasing a product from our online store . Products are reserved for buyers at the time of payment, i.e. in the case of a limited product, the first buyer to pay is the recipient of the product and in the event of a possible shortage of products, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. The customer receives a refund within 1-2 days on average if the product is out of stock or the right to exchange the product for another. We reserve the right to errors in balances for new and used products.

Selling takes place on the Mukini.com website by filling out the form in the "Sell us" section. The customer will receive an offer via email to the email address provided within 1-3 days. When the goods arrive at Mukini.com, we check the condition of the products and then transfer the payment to the account number provided within 1-2 days. If the products are of lower quality than the initial estimate or are broken, we reserve the right to change the offer and notify you of a new offer by phone and/or email.
